業務内容:

・バージョンアップに向けたバグ修正、解析、調査

・ログ監視、確認

・チケット発行、管理業務

・ユーザー問い合わせ対応

・マニュアル、ナレッジ、FAQの作成・更新・展開

・セキュリティ・インシデント対応

・システム障害対応

・保守チーム運営側との調整や支援

業務上必要となる知識やフローについては、手順書に基づいた作業

となりますので、経験の少ない方やブランクのある方も安心です。
