A fast-growing SaaS company serving global manufacturers seeks a Site Reliability Engineer to support mission-critical, cloud-native PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) solutions. The Role
- Build and maintain secure, efficient cloud environments for enterprise SaaS platforms
- Drive automation for CI/CD, cloud operations, and incident management
- Collaborate with DevOps, support, and development teams to optimize performance and reliability
- Solve complex technical issues, mentor peers, and introduce emerging technologies
- Ensure 24/7 availability through duty and on-call rotations
- Lead efforts on observability, monitoring, and remediation for security and privacy
- Manage deployments across regions using tools like Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Packer
Your Skills
- Experience in cloud computing, virtualization, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Strong troubleshooting and advanced networking skills (Load balancers, Firewalls, VPNs, TCP/IP)
- Proven ability to monitor, support, and scale production SaaS workloads
- "Everything as code" automation mindset and hands-on CI/CD experience
- Positive, quality-driven, and proactive approach
- (Preferred) Deep knowledge of Azure DevOps, scripting (PowerShell/.NET Core), and infrastructure as code
