仕事内容
プロダクトデザイナー(UI/UX)【急成長×事業承継M&Aサービス/体験価値最大化】
【仕事内容】
プロダクトのUI/UXのルールを再定義し、プラットフォーム全体の整合性を保つ「デザインの基盤」の構築をお願い致します。 フロントメンバーやマーケティング、エンジニアと共に「次にあるべき機能」を定義し、プロダクトを非連続に成長させることを期待しております。
【具体的な業務内容】
- 情報設計(IA)の最適化
‐M&Aという専門性が高く複雑な業務フローを解きほぐし、ユーザーが直感的に操作できる画面遷移・構成への再設計。
- デザインシステムの構築・運用
‐コンポーネントの共通化、UIルールの策定、スタイルガイドの整備。エンジニアが迷わず実装できる環境作り。
- プロダクトデザイン(UI/UX)
‐新規機能の要件定義段階からPMと並走。ビジネス要件を具体的なプロトタイプに落とし込み、体験価値を最大化させる。
- 要件定義のサポートとUXリサーチ
‐ユーザーの行動ログやヒアリングに基づき、「解くべき課題」を特定。機能のあるべき姿を定義。

年収:600~900 万円年俸制月給429000円基本給:312000円年俸の1/14を毎月支給、残りは賞与にて年2回支給残業代:固定残業代制固定残業時間:45時間固定残業代:117000円超過分は全額支給通勤手当:あり 実費支給 (上限あり100000円)賞与:あり 年2回昇給:あり 年1回
