~公共インフラを支える建設コンサルタント/給与アップ実績多数/年収~1000万円/PCシャットダウンなど残業規制で働く環境整備/転勤もなく平均勤続年数は20年~

■仕事内容:

インフラ設備や大規模建築などの工事を行う際に、クライアント(国、県、市町村)に対して調査を行い、

建設に関するさまざまなアドバイスを行います。

技術部と受注に向けて連携し、見積もりや提案書を作成し、新規顧客を獲得します。

■案件詳細:

主に愛知県や名古屋市を始めとする地元市町村との取引が中心で、街づくりの基礎となる公共事業を担っています。

基本的には愛知県内の案件が8割。残りの2割が岐阜・三重等の近隣の県の案件です。

■働き方への取組み:

・平均勤続勤務年数20年(2022年6月実績) 12-3月の繁忙期以外は月残業平均20時間程度

・20時にはPCの使用が上司の許可制になるなど、会社をあげて働き方への取り組みを実施。

繁忙期は別途システムダウン時間を設定しています。

・GWに有給休暇を合わせて長期休暇を楽しむことも可能

・各地に営業所はありますが転勤はなく、安定して名古屋市で就業して頂けます。

・業界の中でも高水準の給与帯となっております。

・建設コンサルタントのご経験

・第一種運転免許普通自動車

■モデル年収:年収650万円 入社8年目 36歳(技術士なし)(月給30万円+残業代+賞与)
