クライアント企業の集客を最大化する

LP/HP制作のプロフェッショナルとして

活躍していただきます

*要件整理/構成設計

目的・KPI/ターゲット/訴求軸整理/ワイヤー・情報設計

*制作ディレクション/進行管理

デザイン・コーディングの手配/スケジュール管理/品質管理

*ページ制作・改修

LP制作/HP制作/更新・改修対応

*CVR改善(LPO)

導線・訴求改善/ABテスト設計/改善仮説の実行

*週次レポート/定例mtg・報告会

進捗報告/成果共有/改善提案/次アクション合意

必要に応じて、丁寧なインストールや

サポートは行いますので、ご安心ください

【1日の流れ】

  • 09:30 メールチェック、制作進捗確認
  • 10:00 朝会(進捗共有)
  • 10:30 構成作成・ワイヤー作成(または修正対応)
  • 12:00 ランチタイム
  • 13:00 制作物確認(デザイン/実装)・フィードバック
  • 14:30 LP/HP改善案検討(導線/訴求/計測)
  • 16:00 クライアントMTG
  • 17:30 終業準備
  • 18:30 業務終了(19時には完全終業)

  • 必須条件(MUST)

・LP/HP制作の実務経験:2〜3年以上

(要件整理〜設計〜制作/改修まで一連を担当した経験)

・クライアントワーク経験:2年以上

(要件整理/提案/進行/報告/改善の推進)

  • 歓迎条件(WANT)

・CVR改善(LPO)やABテストの設計・実行経験がある方

(仮説立案〜改善実行/効果検証まで推進できる)

・広告運用担当と連携し、獲得成果から逆算した制作ができる方

(訴求・導線・計測を踏まえたページ設計)

・制作ディレクションの経験がある方

(関係者調整/スケジュール管理/品質管理ができる)

休日休暇

  • 休日休暇:完全週休2日制(土日)、祝日
  • 夏季休暇:5日
  • 年末年始休暇:5日

給与詳細


基本給:月給 25万円 〜 60万円

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

  • 月給:月25〜60万円
  • 交通費:全額支給

  • Aさん:業務委託 1年目

  • 年収360万円(月30万円)

  • Bさん:業務委託 3年目

  • 年収480万円(月40万円)

  • 年収660万円(月55万円)
