業務用スマートフォンを使っている方からの「紛失してしまった」「初期不良かもしれない」といった問い合わせを受けるお仕事です。決まった流れに沿って対応し、内容を入力して報告書を作成します。

9:00~18:00固定です。

  • 対応内容が決まっている

紛失時のロック対応や初期不良の受付など、

想定しやすい問い合わせが中心です。

  • 電話だけで終わらない

受付後は入力や報告書作成もあり、

事務作業の時間もしっかりあります。

  • 確認しながら進められる

マニュアルを見ながら対応できる体制です。

  • 天神駅から徒歩5分

通勤しやすく、長く続けやすい立地です。

仕事内容


業務用スマートフォンに関する問い合わせ対応です。

【主な対応内容】

・スマートフォン紛失時の遠隔ロック・初期化の受付

・初期不良に関する問い合わせ対応

・対応内容の入力、報告書作成

・付随する事務作業

※マニュアルに沿って進めます
