【具体的な業務内容】

・顧客ニーズ・課題の分析

・競合製品の分析

・プロダクト戦略の立案(ターゲット・コンセプト・バリュープロポジション)

・ロードマップの策定・管理

・PBI作成・優先順位付け、要件定義

・ユーザーの利用動向の分析・改善の推進(データ分析担当との協働)

・エンジニア・デザイナーとの連携、スクラムなどアジャイル開発への参加

・ビジネスサイド(PMM)との連携

・社内外ステークホルダーとの調整 など

【求める人材】

<求めるスキル、経験【必須】>

・ソフトウェア/IT/SaaS企業でのプロダクトマネジャー(PdM)の経験(目安:5年以上)

・ITエンジニアとしてのプロダクト企画・開発の経験(目安:3年以上)

・エンジニアやデザイナーと協働したプロダクト開発の経験

・社内外のステークホルダーとの調整、交渉
