【仕事内容】

コカ・コーラ社公式パートナーである当社にて、ドリンク配送をお任せ。2tまたは3tトラックで担当エリアの自販機を回ります。

【主なお仕事は?】

1日15〜20台の自販機に補充し終えたら帰社。翌日に補充する商品を積み込み終了となります。

  • 商品補充や陳列変更
  • 代金回収
  • POP設置 など

  • 近くに幼稚園がある⇒「子どもたちが選びやすいようにジュースは一番下の段に」
  • ご年配の方が多い地域⇒「温かいお茶を通常よりも増やそう」

など、自販機の設置場所や付近の環境によって補充する商品を工夫しましょう。

「運転に自信がない」というあなたでも大丈夫。入社後は各種研修を受けていただき、着実にステップアップしていけます

  • 基礎研修:運行ルールや車両点検などの基礎知識から学んでいけます。
  • OJT研修:先輩スタッフが同乗し、運転に慣れるまでサポートしてくれます。

全ドライバーのうち、95%が未経験スタート

  • 配送ルートはいつも同じ。だから道に迷う心配ゼロ
  • お昼休みや休憩は好きなときに取ってOK
  • ドライバーにありがちなノルマは、当社では一切ナシ
  • 周辺環境から利用者層を考えて補充ドリンクを調整するなど、工夫できる面白さも

  • 40歳までの方(長期勤続によるキャリア形成のため)
  • 普通自動車免許(AT限定可)をお持ちの方

【給与】

月給 26万3,000円〜

※想定年収 315万6,000円〜

上記額にはみなし残業代を含みます。※超過分は全額支給いたします。

みなし残業代 41,000円

みなし残業時間 28時間

※固定残業代(28.03時間分/4.1万円)含む。超過分は別途支給。

※試用期間は6ヶ月です。試用期間のうち、2ヶ月〜最大6ヶ月は研修期間となります。

※研修期間平均2ヶ月間(最大6ヶ月):200,500円

  • 時間外手当は別途支給します。

<年収例>年収380万円 / 2年目 / 25歳、月収28万円+各種手当

年収450万円 / 5年目 / 32歳、月収33万円+各種手当

※シフトは毎月の申請制。休みの希望はできる限り応えます。シフト状況により、土日に休みを取ることや連休の取得も可能です。
