【仕事の内容】
大手自動車メーカーが展開する車載通信サービス(テレマティクスサービス)において、サービス申込受付や問い合わせ対応などの運用設計担当として参画。合理的かつ効率的な運用を設計し、お客様体験の向上や運用者の負担軽減に間接的に貢献する業務です。
<主な業務>
1.運用プロセスの設計
・業務フロー図の作成
・運用関係者との業務フローの協議
・課題の管理
2.運用ツールの設計
・業務帳票作成(管理台帳など)
・業務マニュアル作成(FAQ、トラブルシュートなど)
- 次工程対応
・次工程への運用説明
・次工程とのQA対応
・次工程での決定や進捗に応じた作成物の更新
