プログラム内容
【当社について】
家庭で使われる「ミシン」だけではなく、生産現場で使われる「産業機器」も手掛ける機械メーカーです。1921年創業、2021年に100周年を迎えました。研究開発、製造、販売、アフターサービスまで自社グループで行う「製販一体」を特徴としています。事業エリアは世界100ヵ国以上、家庭用ミシンの世界シェアはトップクラスを誇ります。また、産業機器は自動車部品の加工やスマートフォンの組立等に広く使われています。
今回のインターンシップでは、家庭用ミシンと産業機器それぞれの開発部門の社員が業務体験実習の企画・進行・フォローを担当。
開発の具体的な業務内容を知り、実際に体験していく中で、職場や社員の雰囲気も感じられるプログラムです

【内容(予定)】
(1日目)10:00~17:00
・会社概要等説明
- 人事部より、5日間のスケジュールと会社概要についてお話しします。
・ミシン操作実習
- 簡単な作品づくりを通して、ミシンの基本的な動作や機能を学んでいただきます。
・社員の仕事紹介
- 実習を担当する社員より、自己紹介と普段の業務内容等をお伝えします。
(2~3日目)10:00~17:00
・家庭用ミシン研究開発部門のソフト系を担当するグループの業務体験実習を行います。
- 振幅や送りなど、縫いを制御するプログラムを作成し、模様を作成していただきます。
また、糸切モーターの制御をするプログラムを作成し、駆動カーブの値やステップ数を
変更して、動作を検証していただきます。
(4~5日目)10:00~17:00
・産業機器研究開発部門のソフト系を担当するグループの業務体験実習を行います。
- 当社の卓上ロボットやサーボプレス機で使用されるリモコン画面を制御するプログラムの
作成や、プレスのシュミレータを使用し、作動させるプログラムを作成していただきます。
・感想まとめ、フィードバック
- 5日間の感想を記入し発表していただきます。開発部社員がフィードバックを行います。

・報酬:なし
・交通費実費支給(上限20,000円)
※新幹線や長距離バスを利用される場合は領収書を提出していただきます。
・昼食は会社で用意します。
・インターンシップ中は弊社負担の傷害保険に加入いたします。
