個社に対する営業戦略の設計など、業務内容は多岐にわたります。
■タイミー導入後の効果測定と活用促進
■クライアントからのフィードバックを基にしたサービス改善提案
■課題設定/定量定性分析/仮説に基づいた各施策の企画/方向性の検討
■社内外の関連部門、パートナーと連携した新規施策の企画立案から方向性検討
■マネジメント業務
■メンバーの指導・育成など1~2階層マネジメント
■課題特定~戦略/戦術の施策立案、運用
◎CLTごとに異なる課題に向き合いながら、解決のために伴走する
コンサルティング要素の強いポジションです。
また、多様な業種のCLTと関わり、労働力不足の解消やDX推進など、
社会的意義の高い課題解決に貢献できます。

■無形商材の法人営業経験(3年以上)
■無形商材の法人営業組織における1階層以上のマネジメント経験
■高い営業実績をお持ちの方

■エンタープライズセールスとして、メンバーを推進してきたご実績のある方

年収:750万~1200万程度
月給制:月額625000円
