楽天グループにおいて、企業内アウトソーシング企業として、楽天グループ社員の人事・経理・総務関連のカウンター業務からRPAや社内基幹システムの改修、広告運用・データ作成まで、楽天グループの提供するサービスに関わる幅広いビジネス領域を担当しています。また、社内コンビニ・クリーニング店の運営やFactory事業も自社運営で手掛けており、企業内アウトソーシングに留まらず、障がいのある方の雇用創出の為にも新規事業にも積極的にチャレンジしています。
当ポジションでは以下業務をご担当して頂きます。
- 研修運営全般
- オンライン研修の実施、サポート、参加者追い作業
- 会議日程調整や参加者へのアナウンス、リマインド、参加者確認
- 参加者のデータ整理
- 改善、提案など

【必須要件】
- 障がいを認定された手帳を保持していること
- ご自身の障害特性を把握し、前向きに業務スキルを拡大しようとする思いのある方
- 研修担当のご経験、事務作業のご経験
- 障がい者の就業に理解がある方
- Excelの関数を使い簡単な集計作業ができる方
- オンライン研修、Zoom知識のある方
- 事務職経験3年以上
【歓迎要件】
- 英語力(英語力がある方にはメール等で内部の外国籍の方とのやり取りも担当して頂く事もございます。)
- 中級程度のエクセルスキル
- 上記業務内容記載のご経験

Monday to Friday
9:00 ~ 17:30
残業は月平均10時間程度です。
