仕事内容
中規模住宅型有料老人ホームの施設長(管理者)として、施設全体のマネジメントを行っていただきます。具体的には以下の業務をお願いします。
- 施設の運営・収支管理、営業活動
- スタッフの確保、ヘルスケア、教育
- 入居者の管理、運営懇談会の実施
- 行政対応、届出や申請業務
- グループ内経営会議への参加
- その他付帯業務など
経験の豊富な生活相談員や優秀な事務スタッフもいてるので、実務は分担した上で、主に状況の把握と指示出しがメインです。
また、原則的に別事業(介護等)との兼任はなく、グループ内や法人内のマネージャーが常に相談等フォローに入るので、一人で業務や責任を抱え込むことなく安心して管理者業務に励めます。
必要なのは管理者としてのスキルなので、福祉に関する経験や知識がある方なら、介護職員や医療スタッフなどの現場経験がなくても歓迎いたします。

病院を母体に置き、2011年9月に介護老人保健施設「パークサイドなごみ」、2015年7月に福祉医療総合施設「ホームランドあべの」を開設。地域包括ケアシステムの構築をテーマに、地域に密着した事業展開を行っております。
新規事業の展開や施設のリニューアルに伴い、各施設でスタッフの増員を図っています。
