【建築大工】主に木造建築物の新築、増改築、リフォームに伴う大工作業

【事業内容】主に木造建築物の新築、増改築、リフォーム

・「認定長期優良住宅」の新築

・「下呂の森が育んだ木の家推進事業」に対応した注文住宅の新築、リフォーム

・「ぎふの木で家づくり支援事業」に対応した注文住宅の新築、リフォーム

・「スーパーウォール工法(SW工法)」の新築、リフォーム

・「住宅省エネ」に対応した新築、リフォーム

・「次世代省エネ建材の実証支援事業」に対応したリフォーム

【1日の仕事の流れ(例)】

7:30:会社集合、社用車で現場へ出勤

8:00-10:00:廊下収納造作

10:00-10:15:休憩

10:15-12:00:壁下地取付

12:00-13:00:休憩

13:00-15:00:床張

15:00-15:15:休憩

15:15-17:30:床下点検口取付、跡片付け、清掃

※主に現場監督との報告・連絡・相談・確認等のやりとりをしながら業務を進めていただきますが、各種協力業者との連携も重要となります。
