<仕事内容について>

点検・修理・メンテナンス全般をお任せします。

業務に必要な資格は入社後に取得できます。

最初は構造がカンタンな小さい機械から

覚えて頂きますのでご安心下さい。

・発電機、建設現場での特殊車両の知識

<資格ゼロからのキャリアステップ>

入社時に資格がなくても問題ありません。

最初の半年間は、以下のような

軽作業を中心にスタートします。

  • HW(高圧洗浄機)・小型発電機・

コンプレッサー等の軽整備(動作確認・清掃)

  • レンタル用ホースの加圧テスト・洗浄
  • プラントや各種機械の洗浄作業
  • この期間は、機械の種類や整備の流れ、

現場の雰囲気をつかむ「慣らし期間」。

先輩スタッフの作業を間近で見ながら、

少しずつ慣れていきます。

\半年後からは資格取得&実践作業へ/

資格はすべて会社負担で取得可能。

取得に応じ、できる作業が増えていきます。

  • 玉掛け技能講習

… クレーン作業時の補助(手元作業)

  • 床上操作式クレーン運転技能講習

… 機械の積み降ろし作業

  • フォークリフト運転技能講習

… 構内での機械移動

  • 車両系建設機械運転技能講習

… 機械の整備

  • ガス溶接技能講習

… 溶接機の整備

  • 先輩に教わりながら、プラントや

バイブロ(振動機械)の動作確認にも挑戦。

慣れてきたら、先輩と一緒に現場出張にも

行き、実際の作業に関わっていきます。

・現場でのトラブルに関して電話対応

  • 入社7〜8年目〜

・少しずつ、見積や管理業務など

・あらゆる作業を一人で対応できる

整備のプロへ独り立ち

  • これらに付随した資格や免許を

「当社全額負担」で取得することも可能。

現在活躍中の社員も入社1年以上の

メンバーは全員なにかしらの資格を

取得しているので、将来的に

ずっと活かせる経験を得られます。

  • 車やバイクをいじるのが好きな方は

仕事の経験が趣味にも活かせます

元自動車整備士なども働いていているの

で当社スタッフ内で同じ趣味の仲間が

見つかるかもしれません

  • <扱う機械について>

扱っているのは建設現場で使用する

建設機械、特殊車両、重機など。

「そんな機械扱えるかな…」と

思われるかもしれませんが、

基本はこれまであなたが

扱ってきた機械と変わりませんのでご安心下さい

知識やスキルをフルで活用できる職場です。

もちろん、幅広い機械を扱う

当社ならではの専門知識が必要に

なることもあるかと思いますが、

1つずつ学んでいっていただければ

大丈夫です。

御経験やスキルに合わせて丁寧に指導致します。

また、当社は「個人」でなく

「法人」がお客様。

個人消費者とのやり取りはなく、

「営業・運行管理・事務」が在籍しているため

メンテナンスに専念できることも大きな特徴です。

建設に必要不可欠な「基礎工事」

と呼ばれる、
