Your Mission
Supervise guest services attendants and concierges, ensuring that the needs of guests in hotels, resorts, and other accommodation facilities are served. Provide information and special services to enhance guests' visits.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

  • Supervise and lead the concierge services team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences in hotels, resorts, and other accommodation facilities.
  • Welcome guests warmly, address a wide range of inquiries, and arrange outings and transportation services.
  • Provide currency exchange services when required.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service, identifying opportunities to secure new business and support customer retention.
  • Handle complex queries, process cases, and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Offer operational support and occasionally act as the first-line supervisor for transactional operations.
  • Design monthly schedules and assign tasks to optimize office workflow and prioritize high-priority tasks.
  • Provide advanced product and service information, responding to complex customer questions.
  • Ensure personal workflow meets productivity, quality, and timeliness standards, utilizing performance management systems for improvement.
  • Access specific information through the internal communications system.
  • Plan and coordinate product and process testing and inspections, implementing and monitoring corrective actions or continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of organizational policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory codes to ensure compliance.
  • Obtain necessary authorizations for any deviations from mandatory procedures.
  • Mentor and provide informal advice to less experienced team members to enhance their skills.
  • Post-Secondary Non-Tertiary Education required.
  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems.
  • Basic experience in coordinating the work of others.
