◆デイサービスでの介護のお仕事です◆

Q. どんな施設ですか?

A. 四日市市内にある2つのデイサービス施設で、利用者様が日中を快適に過ごせるよう支援しています。

Q. 具体的に何をするの?

A. 食事介助、入浴介助、トイレ介助などの身体介護のほか、送迎業務やレクリエーション活動もお任せします。

Q. 未経験でも大丈夫?

A. もちろん大丈夫です。介護業務が初めての方でもスタッフが丁寧に指導します。離職率が低く雰囲気の良い職場です。

Q. どんな働き方ができますか?

A. 1日3時間から勤務可能、週2日からOK。家庭との両立や副業・Wワークにも対応しています。

Q. 資格は必要ですか?

A. 無資格でもスタートできます。働きながら資格取得を目指せる支援制度もご用意しています。

無資格・未経験の方も大歓迎で、経験豊富なスタッフが丁寧に指導します。介護職員初任者研修修了者や介護福祉士の資格があればより活かせますが、資格取得支援制度もあるため働きながらスキルアップできる環境が整っています。

3.通勤しやすい立地と充実した待遇

2か所の勤務地から選択でき、どちらも車通勤可能で駐車場も完備しています。時給1,100円~1,400円で昇給制度もあり、通勤手当も規定支給されるため安心して長く働けます。
