「トヨタ自動車向け内燃機用部品の直納営業」のポジションの求人です

【募集背景】

電動化(BEV化)の進展が想定よりも遅れている中、マルチパスウェイを掲げる車両メーカーは、デンソーに内燃機製品の長期安定供給を期待しています。

安定供給によってマルチパスウェイに貢献するためには従来の考え方にとらわれず、新たなビジネススキームをお客様と共に構築することが必要になっています。

私たちは、複雑なビジネス状況の中でデンソーの代表として営業戦略を立案し、お客様との丁寧なコミュニケーションや交渉を粘り強く推進してくれる仲間を募集しています。

【業務内容】

・顧客と長期的パートナーとしての関係を構築し、マルチパスウェイの実現に向けて、内燃機(ガソリン、ディーゼル、水素)向け製品を対象に、下記のような業務を担っていただきます。

・市場や顧客の将来動向を長期視点で捉え、中長期営業戦略の立案

・目標達成に向けた営業活動(顧客との関係構築/情報収集/製品提案(最適供給戦略立案)/価格折衝(価格設定ルール作り) 等)

・新規品番や既流動品番に対する価格管理(見積もり、価格設定/価格交渉/債権管理などの業務)

【職場情報】

トヨタ部 第2営業室は、トヨタおよびトヨタグループ会社に対してパワートレインや操舵系製品の営業活動を行っているチームです。3つの課に分かれており、総勢20名が所属しています。今回募集している1課は、総勢6名でパワートレイン内燃製品(燃料噴射、点火、排気など)の営業を担当しています。

各メンバーは製品知識をしっかりと身につけ、営業戦略を立て、目標に向かって一歩一歩着実に業務に取り組んでいます。チーム全体が協力し合い、成長し続ける環境になっています。

◎若手からベテランまで、全世代が活躍

国内外のOEM営業や海外出向、パワートレイン以外の製品担当を経験してきたメンバーが在籍しています。自動車業界の知識や経験を活かしながら、既存の枠にとらわれない新しい考え方や進め方について、世代を超えて活発に議論し、コミュニケーションを取っています。

オフィス出社が基本ですが、出張や業務計画、家庭の都合に合わせて臨機応変にリモートワークを活用して…

【求める人材】

【必須要件】

・営業経験者

・エクセル、パワーポイント操作

・普通自動車免許

・英語能力(日常会話レベル以上)

・勤務地限定なし

【歓迎要件】

・OEM営業経験

・将来、海外出向の可能性もある為、海外出向(非英語圏含む)を希望する方

・将来(3~5年後)、内燃機製品以外の領域の直納営業を希望する方

・海外拠点(非英語圏含む)と営業戦略、価格協議を電話、メールでコミュニケーションが出来る英語力

【給与】

年収 700 ~ 1100 万円

昇給年1回、賞与年2回

なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
