viviONのVTuber事業部(あおぎり高校)のミッションは、「ユーザーとクリエイターが、楽しみながら生きていける社会にする」というパーパス達成のために、「おもしろければ、何でもあり」をモットーに、理想のスクールライフやエンターテインメントを提供することです。

【動画領域ディレクター】は、チャンネル登録者数100万人を超えるVTuberプロダクション「あおぎり高校」において、公式チャンネルおよび所属タレントの個人チャンネルで配信される動画コンテンツの制作責任を担います。

3D映像や実写収録、生配信など多様な手法を用い、企画立案から撮影、編集、サムネイル作成、そしてYouTubeアナリティクス分析に基づいたチャンネル運用までを一貫してリードし、ファンの心を掴むコンテンツを生み出す役割です。

当社は2023年4月より「あおぎり高校」の運営を新規事業としてスタートさせました。

公式チャンネル登録者数は100万人を超え、さらなるステージへ進むために事業拡大を続けています。

現在、動画クリエイティブチームは4名体制で稼働していますが、案件数の増加や、より戦略的な事業展開を進めるにあたり、マンパワーが不足している状況です。

今後さらに動画コンテンツの質と量を高め、事業成長を加速させるため、企画から実制作までを牽引できる動画ディレクターを増員募集します。

  • 業務内容

・公式YouTubeチャンネルおよび個人チャンネルの動画企画・制作・編集

・3D映像や実写収録を組み合わせたコンテンツ制作(Premiere Pro、Photoshop等使用)

・クリック率や視聴体験を意識したサムネイル作成

・各種生配信のディレクション(誕生日配信、周年記念、カラオケ配信など、OBS Studio使用)

・YouTubeアナリティクスを活用した分析と企画戦略の立案

・(希望や適性に応じ)新規事業部としての組織づくりや事業開発への参画

・映像コンテンツの企画、制作、編集の実務経験

・YouTubeチャンネルの運用経験

上記の年収額は、弊社における平均的な残業時間である20時間/月の残業代12ヶ月分と、

賞与2回分をそれぞれ1ヶ月分の給与が支給された場合の合計金額となります。
