Responsibilities【職務内容】
お客さまとの信頼関係を継続的に育み、じっくりと腰を据えて技術を注ぎ込みたい方にぴったりな仕事です。ハードウェア・ソフトウェア 双方について幅広く保守・点検、プロジェクトなどを経験後、技術スペシャリスト、エンジニアリング管理、プロジェクト管理など、多彩なキャリアを歩むことができます。業務としては、お客さまのプラントに組み込まれたハネウェルのシステムや製品の保守・点検を担う仕事です。お客様先のご要望に合わせアフターサービスを提供します。また既存システムを更新する場合は、プロジェクトとしてチーム単位で行動します。
■主な業務内容:
システムの点検、トラブル対応
お客様先に訪問し、システムが安全に稼働しているか、機能を維持できているかを点検します。1チーム あたり 2~5か所のプラントを担当します。
各種事務作業、見積もり作成、エンドユーザー様へのご提案 などシステムの改造作業やソフトウェア変更作業の準備をしたり、アフターサービスに関する見積もり作成をしたり、お客様からの質問に対する対応を行なっていただきます。
業務の中で 「こんな機能があれば助かる」 とお客様から相談を受けた場合、
現場で培った知識をもとに技術提案を行なうこともあります。営業職は別担当がいますが、契約が決まった場合はインセンティブが支給されます。
海外とのやりとりも多いですが、メールでのやりとりが中心のため、
英語力は読み書きができるレベルであれば十分です。

Qualifications【応募資格】
■必須条件:
- 技術職のご経験 もしくは 理工系専攻
■歓迎条件:
- フィールドエンジニアまたはサポートエンジニアとしてのメンテナンス・保守業務のご経験
- 工場やプラントの技術的な業務のご経験
- DCS製品の運用・保守のご経験 あるいは計装業務のご経験
- 制御システムや品質管理システムといった産業用製品のメンテナンスのご経験
- サーバーおよびネットワーク製品のメンテナンスのご経験
- 緊急時のトラブルシューティング対応経験
