Job Description
Danfoss is seeking a hands-on, flexible Lab (Electrical) Technician to join our team. You will work in a team-oriented environment and will have exposure to many different processes and tasks.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Product, sub-system and PCBA validation testing.
- Test setup including instrumentation and electrical/mechanical assemblies.
- Responsible for Ownership of instrumentation calibration.
- PCBA troubleshooting and repair including soldering basic electrical wiring changes, electrical test fixture creation.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
- Associates degree in a technical discipline (electrical, power electronics or mechanical) is required.
- 3+ years of electrical or electronics related work experience.
- Proficiency in using test equipment, e.g. oscilloscopes, function generators & data acquisition systems.
- PLC operation and LabView experience (C++, Python, SQL servers, seen as beneficial).
- Understanding of electrical and electronic diagrams, one-lines and schematics.
- Must be able to function well in a team or group environment.
- Knowledge on electrical safety standards e.g. NFPA 70E, NEC.
- Experience with production testing and validation.
