仕事内容:

千葉県茂原市本納で、ご入居者様のケアを通じて人生に向き合う仕事をしませんか。

時給1200円からスタートし、無資格者から介護福祉士まで、資格に応じた時給設定。

◆研修制度の充実◆

入社から3ヶ月は試用期間ですが、労働条件に変更なし。この間に座学とOJT研修をしっかり実施するため、

ブランクのある方や未経験の方も無理なく業務を習得します。施設見学も事前に可能なので、

「まずは雰囲気を確認したい」という希望にも応えてくれます。

◆業務内容◆

入浴・食事・排泄介助といった直接的なケアから、消耗品の記録・管理、電子カルテへのケア記録記入、

居室清掃、リネン交換、季節ごとのアクティビティ企画など、介護業務全般を担当します。

多角的な業務を通じて、ご入居者様の生活全体に関わることができます。

◆働き方の自由度◆

午前シフト(7:00~13:45)と午後シフト(13:30~18:00)から選択でき、週3日以上の相談も可能。

土日祝のみの勤務や平日のみの勤務も対応しており、ライフステージに応じた柔軟な働き方ができます。

月の残業は最大5時間程度に抑えられているため、プライベート時間もしっかり確保できます。
