【未経験から本格的な和食の調理技術を習得できます】「料理が好き」「いつか食の仕事に携わりたい」——そう思いながらも、経験がないことを理由に踏み出せずにいませんか。飲食の経験がなくても心配はいりません。オーナーが包丁の持ち方から出汁の取り方まで、基礎の基礎から丁寧に指導する体制を整えています。13時出勤なので午前中はゆっくり過ごせますし、賞与は年2回。「好き」を仕事にする第一歩を、ここから踏み出してみませんか。
【具体的な業務内容】
食材の下処理(野菜のカット、魚の下ごしらえなど。最初は先輩がそばについて教えます)
出汁取り、煮物、焼き物、揚げ物などの調理補助からスタート
盛り付け・仕上げ(見た目の美しさも大切にしています)
食材の在庫チェック・発注のサポート
厨房の清掃・衛生管理
慣れてきたら、日替わり献立のアイデア出しやメニュー開発にも参加できます
【1日の流れ(例:未経験スタッフの場合)】
13:00 出勤・着替え・厨房の準備
13:30 仕込みスタート(先輩と一緒に野菜のカットや魚の下処理を進めます)
15:00 出汁取りや煮物の仕込み(オーナーから調理の基本を教わる時間でもあります)
16:00 まかない休憩(旬の食材を使った日替わりのまかないを味わえます)
17:00 開店準備・ディナータイムの調理(最初は盛り付けや調理補助を担当)
20:00 ピークタイム(オーダーに合わせてテンポよく調理を進めます)
22:00 ラストオーダー後の片付け・翌日の仕込み確認
23:00 退勤

【飲食未経験でも安心——オーナーが一から教えます】
「飲食の経験がないのに、いきなりキッチンに入って大丈夫だろうか」。その不安はもっともですよね。当店では、オーナー自身が調理の基礎から丁寧に指導しています。包丁の使い方、火加減の見極め、味の整え方——こうした基本を、実際の業務の中で一つずつ覚えていける体制です。「背中を見て覚えろ」という指導はしていません。疑問があればその場で質問できますし、失敗しても一緒にリカバリーする文化が根づいています。
【月28万円〜。異業種からでも給与アップを実感できます】
ひと月28万円〜40万円に加えて、賞与を年2回(6月・12月)支給しています。「好きなことを仕事にしたいけど、お金の面が心配」という方にも安心していただける水準を用意しています。
【髪色自由・私服勤務——自分らしく働けます】
キッチンでの勤務は黒の私服にエプロン(貸与)というスタイル。髪色も華美すぎない範囲で自由にしていただけます。「飲食=見た目の制約が厳しい」というイメージを持っている方もいるかもしれませんが、当店ではスタッフの個性を大切にしています。

ひと月28万円〜40万円(基本給+固定の時間外労働分を含みます)
基本給:ひと月24万2,100円〜34万5,900円
固定の時間外労働分:ひと月3万7,900円〜5万4,100円(23時間分。超過した場合は別途支給します)

昇給:年1回

※調理師免許や和食の実務経験をお持ちの方は、スキルに応じて上限に近い金額でのスタートも検討いたします。
