【 2児のパパ・S班長の場合 】

・前職は土木関連です。静岡県内の会社で働いていましたが、結婚を機に愛知へ転居することになり離職。保有していたクレーン関連の資格が有利に働く職場を探していて見つけたのが、今の仕事でした。

・自分はとにかく、家族最優先で働いています。妻と2人の子ども達と幸せに暮らしていくために、早く収入を増やそうと、担当工程以外の作業についても積極的に覚え、手伝うよう心掛けてきました。そんな姿勢を上司である作業長が評価してくれて、班長への昇格に至っています。

・役職に就いた今も、子どもの行事は皆勤賞。入園・入学式はもちろん、運動会に授業参観、娘の習い事の発表会も、シフト休みと有休を活用して行っています。うちはパパ社員が多く、現場の先輩や役員クラスも、家庭優先が当たり前 というスタンス。休みはお互い融通し合うのが、日常なんです。

・長期休暇も毎年長めなので、今年の夏は一緒にかき氷を作ったり、庭にプールを出して水遊びもしました。少し前に1ヶ月間の男性育休取得実績も生まれ、より所帯持ちに優しい職場になったなと感じています。

【 仕事内容 】

愛知製鋼さんの敷地内で生産され、自動車部品や機械部品に利用される、工業用金属棒の「矯正加工」を担います。

大きく分けて5つの工程があり、新人さんには比較的簡単で、専門知識や高度な経験が無くても担当できる2工程 (矯正機の操作 または 出荷準備) からお願いしていきます。

矯正機の操作は文字通り、機械の調整やオペレーション。出荷準備では自動結束機の操作や、加工後品の仕様チェック、品質ラベルの貼付けや荷札付け等を担います。

入社後は配属先でのOJT研修からスタート。2ヶ月くらいは見習い期間となり、担当工程を担う先輩が実務指導をおこないます。

(重量のある鋼材を一瞬持ち上げる場面がありますが、先輩と協力したり、天井クレーンを使ったりします)

・学歴不問・資格不問・経験不問。業界・職種未経験者歓迎

・既卒者・第二新卒OK。転職回数不問・フリーター歓迎。U・Iターン応援

※男性スタッフ活躍中。全70名くらいの会社で、30代・40代のパパ社員が多いです

年齢の条件と理由:あり(例外事由2号・18歳以上(労働基準法))

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日

1週間毎に日勤・夜勤を入替

(2直2交替 または 3直2交替/配属部門による)

(1) 日勤/8:00 ~ 17:00

(2) 夜勤/21:00 ~ 翌 6:00

・入社後2 ~ 3ヶ月の「見習い期間」中は、「日勤多め」がいい、など相談にのります

・残業月15 ~ 20h 程度。生産量が多い時期は、最大40hくらいになる場合があります

休日休暇


週休2日制/4勤2休 または 5勤2休

※年間休日数は同一。事前相談により、平日の連休取得や土日休み、希望休み等も調整可

大型連休/GW9連休・夏季9連休・年末年始10連休 以上 (年度・部門により最大14連休 程度)

有給休暇/入社6ヶ月後に10日付与し、法定に則り年5日以上有休消化

特別休暇/慶弔休暇 ほか

・有給は1日単位での取得が可能。前月15日までに書面にてご申告ください (基本的に希望が通ります。全消化もOK)

・年間休日123日+有給取得5日を含めると実質、年休128日以上

・産前・産後休暇、育児休業・看護休暇・介護休業制度/男性育休取得実績あり (連続1ヶ月)

給与詳細


基本給:月給 20万円 〜

固定残業代:なし

・給与金額は年齢・経験・スキル等を考慮し、内定後に決定

下記資格は入社後、慣れ具合に合わせて会社費用で取得可。合格後は毎月の手当も支給されます

※クレーンデリック運転士免許 (クレーン限定可):月500円

・アーク溶接等の業務に係る特別教育:月500円

・ガス溶接技能講習:月500円

※非破壊試験技術者 (MT・ET・UT):各 月3,000円

※衛生管理者 (第一種・第二種):月1,000円

・全豊田外来工事作業責任者:月500円

・特定化学物質作業主任者:月500円

・有機溶剤作業主任者:月500円
