【計量器の検査業務】
この仕事は、様々なサイズの計量器(小型の体重計から、業務用の大型計量器まで)を正しく組み立てるために、検査を行う業務です。
検査対象
体重計のような小型計量器から、業務用の大きなもの(四方が約1メートルのサイズ)まで、さまざまな計量器が対象です。
検査手順
検査にはマニュアルがあり、そのマニュアルに従ってすべての部品が正しく組み立てられているか目視で確認します。
確認が完了したら、チェックシートを作成します(シートは紙媒体)。
チェック項目は約20か所ほどあり、1つずつ確認を進めます。
組み立て作業の補助
空いている時間には、計量器の組み立て作業を補助します。
作業は、工具を使ってマニュアル通りに部品を組み立てる作業です。
研修で学べる
計量器の組み立て方や検査方法については、研修で学ぶことができるので、未経験でも安心して始められます。
最終検査の重要性
この業務は、最終検査を担当するため、ここでの見逃しがあると製品が流通してしまうことになります。
そのため、責任感を持って業務を行うことが求められます。
