ハーブ専門店「enherb(エンハーブ)」での接客販売で、自分自身の健康意識・美意識もアップ常連さんとの関係を深め、お客様のひとりひとりの生活に寄り添った相談相手としての接客スタイル

【 具体的なお仕事内容 】

*ハーブ・アロマなどの接客・販売

*商品の品出し・準備

*店内の清掃 など

|来店されるお客様|

美容・コスメやファッションに

興味がある20代~40代の女性客が中心。

リピートで来店をいただくお客様が多く、

ひとりひとりのお客様との

関係性を深めていくことが出来ます

「さんに会いにきたよ」

そんなお言葉をかけていただくことや、

おすすめの美容法やコラボ商品で、

お客様と盛り上がる場面も。

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 21日

9:30~21:30のうち8時間勤務(休憩1時間)

週5日勤務のシフト制

※土日祝含む全てのシフトに勤務可能な方

勤務時間例:

9:30~18:30/12:30~21:30

残業はほぼなし

ワークライフバランスを

給与詳細


基本給:月給 21万7000円 〜 23万円

固定残業代:なし
