職務内容: 半導体顧客向けリソグラフィー材料の研究開発職
担当業務
[新規材料開発プロジェクト推進]
・材料設計、開発および性能評価
・リソグラフィープロセス条件の最適化
・顧客要求事項の明確化および技術的解決策の提供
・材料品質の改善および新製品の量産移管
[ラボワーク]
薬液サンプルの調製、分析、評価
・薬液サンプルのろ過、ボトリング、顧客へ出荷
・各種分析および考察
[クリーンルームワーク]
半導体製造装置(リソグラフィー工程)および検査装置の操作
・調製した薬液サンプルを基板に塗布、露光、現像
・塗布膜厚や微細パターン線幅の測定、欠陥検査
【必要なスキル・資格・その他】
・大学または大学院で化学、物理、化学工学に関する修士以上の学位、または同等の知識
・化学メーカーまたは半導体業界での勤務経験、特にリソグラフィー材料の経験がある方歓迎
・ビジネスコミュニケーションスキル (社内および社外関係者との協業、チームワーク)
・日本語・英語のコミュニケーションスキル(読み書きディスカッションおよびプレゼンテーション)
・多様性を理解し、グローバルの人々と積極的かつオープンで正直なコミュニケーションができる

Job title: Senior Scientist / KrF, Patterning R&D Shizuoka
Job purpose: Research & Development of Lithography materials for global semiconductor customers
Key responsibilities
[Promotion of R&D project of new material]
・Develop & design new material and check the performance
・Optimize lithography process condition
・Clarify customer's requirements and provide technical solution to customer
・Improve quality of materials and transfer new product to mass production
[Lab work]
Preparation of chemical formulation, analysis, test
・Filtration and bottling of chemical solution and ship it to customers
・Various analysis and discussion
[Clean room work]
Operation of semiconductor manufacturing (Lithography process) tool and inspection tool
・Film Coating, exposure and development
・Film thickness and CD measurement, defect inspection
【Requirements】
・Master degree or higher in chemistry, Physics or Chemical engineering at University
・Working experience at chemical company or semiconductor industry, especially lithography materials
・Business communication skill (Working with internal/external people, team work)
・Japanese & English communication skill (read /write, discussion & presentation)
・Understanding diversity and proactive/open/honest communication with global people
・Respect the ideas from others and deliver your own idea to others properly
・Strong interest in new material development and strong mindset of challenges to deal with problem solving persistently
