仕事内容:

人事総務チームで、派遣スタッフの管理、採用システムを使用したデータ管理、Excelを使用した勤怠・給与データの集計・加工、備品管理・ID手配等をお願いします。

※Excelスキル(VLOOKUP関数・ピボットテーブル等)を活かせる環境です

※状況により在宅と出社のシフト制での勤務です。

※リフレッシュコーナーがあります

・派遣スタッフ管理(請求書対応、募集時の調整等)

・データ集計

※勤怠システムからのダウンロードデータ加工

※社員データに基づく出勤簿データ・給与データの作成等

・採用管理

※採用システムを使用したデータ管理・データ作成、メッセージ送信

※その他、スケジュール管理等

・総務

※総務・オフィス管理全般、システムを使用したPC・ID手配

※社員の方のPC・iPhone管理、IC入館証の申請手続き、郵便物の配布・発送

※社員の方の管理表の作成、イントラ掲載、その他のデータ管理・集計

・その他、アシスタント業務(チームリーダーの補佐を含む)
