=== 具体的な仕事内容 ===

「工具を使ったボルト締め」

「エンジン部品の挿入」

「車体の組付け」といった組立工程を中心に、

「エレカでの運搬」や「台車による部品供給」といった

補助的な作業もお願いしていきます。

配属先(プレス・板金・溶接・塗装など)については

希望や適性を見ながら決定するので、

「どこが向いているかわからない」という方も

チャレンジしやすく、安心

作業の習得期間はおよそ1ヶ月。

先輩との研修+実際のラインで丁寧に指導する体制が整っており、

「一人で放り出されるのではないか…」

という不安をできるだけ軽くできるよう配慮されています。

勤務時間


【2交替制(配属先により異なります)】

(1)日勤…7:45~16:45

夜勤…20:00~翌5:00

(2)日勤…7:45~18:15

夜勤…19:30~翌6:00

※休憩時間も給与が発生します(80~95分)

休日

  • (1)土日休み(5勤2休)

(2)3組2交代のシフト制・シフト休み

  • 年間休日120日
  • 長期休暇あり(年末年始・GW・夏季)

時給 1850円以上
