【仕事内容】
一般住宅やマンション、商業施設の外壁塗装を中心に、経験を活かした作業をお願いします。
ローラーや吹付け塗装だけでなく、下地処理や補修作業などもお任せします。
<主な作業例>
・外壁、内装のローラー塗装や吹付け塗装
・古い壁の補修・下地調整
・建物を保護する養生作業
・作業手順や後輩指導、現場管理
※経験豊富な方は現場リーダーとして、職長や独立の道も目指せます
【1日の流れ(例)】
06:30 出社
08:00 現場到着
08:30 作業開始
10:00 休憩(30分)
12:00 昼休憩(60分)
15:00 休憩(30分)
17:30 作業終了
※雨天時は作業内容変更や休業の場合あり
