保険>損害保険 会員属性などに応じ、当該求人をビズリーチ上で閲覧された際に内容が異なる場合があります Job Purpose Manager Financial Reporting will support Head of Regional Financial Reporting and work closely with legal entity Controller teams to deliver accurate and timely financial reporting for US GAAP, J GAAP and J STAT for the AIG Japan group companies.

Encouraging and partnering for standardization and efficiency both intra Japan and across the globe for more accurate and accelerated closing are key priorities for AIG Finance, and this role will play an important contribution to achieving these objectives.

Job Responsibilities Work as a hub with NY Controller team and assist Japan legal entity Controller teams for day-to-day inquiries/requests.

Prepare a regional package for US GAAP financial quarterly composing of accounting memo, regional variance analysis, etc. File stand-alone J GAAP financial and tax return for the AIG Japan non-insurance companies. File consolidated J STAT financial and tax return for the AIG Japan holding company.

Co-work with other Finance teams such as FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Reinsurance, Actuary for various matters Drive and support various finance initiatives Internal Interactions (Within the Organization) Japan Controller Japan Legal Entity Controllers Japan Financial Control Coordinator Other Finance teams (FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Reinsurance, Actuary, etc.)

Degree level Professional accounting qualification (preferred) 10 years experience in accounting and financial reporting for insurance company (preferred) Experience in P&C insurance or in consolidation in other sectors, but not retail Knowledge of both US GAAP reporting and J GAAP stand‐alone/consolidated reporting Solid verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese
