General Summary

We are looking for experience Inside Sales to be in charge for preparing customer quotation and specification documents of VAT product. You are required to administrate all accounts setup in Customer Relationship Management and GS3. You will also involve in delivering product test report to the stakeholders upon request.

The role requires you to work & communicate not only with your customers but also within cross-functional teams that help to maintain good relationship and to boost business growth for the company. You will highly involve in sales team meetings and given the opportunity to pitch initiatives for sales improvement. Thus, you must be equipped with good communications skills, capable team player, negotiation skills and analytical & critical thinking skills.

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential and current accounts through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements and advise on appropriate product selection
  • Responds to requests for quotes, applications assistance, and resolving customer issues
  • Provides direct support for Direct sales managers, channel partners, and distributors
  • Close sales through diligent follow up and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Provide technical support to sales channels and distribution partners (email/phone/onsite)
  • Minimum Qualification

  • Hold a Diploma in Business
  • Proficient in Office365
  • Good communications skills in English and other Asian language
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Customer Relationship Management administration or data maintenance
  • Preferred Qualification

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in direct or indirect sales including agent representations.
  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business
