「ありがとう」を届ける最後の時間。その瞬間に寄り添うお仕事です。

お任せするのは、ご遺族の気持ちに寄り添いながら、葬儀の準備から当日の進行、葬儀後のフォローまでを支える葬祭プランナー。

ただ式の形を整えるだけではなく、「どんなお別れがその方らしいのか」を一緒に考え、最適なプランを提案していただきます。

2007年の創業以来、ご依頼いただく一件一件、一人ひとりの想いを大切に、真心を込めた葬儀を提供してきたハートフルセレモニー株式会社。

お客様との信頼関係を第一に、地域の方々からも厚い支持をいただいています。

【具体的な仕事内容】

・お迎え・打ち合わせ

病院やご自宅へ伺い、ご遺族から希望や宗派、予算などを伺います。

業務に慣れるまでは先輩スタッフが同席します

・葬儀の準備・進行

式場の設営や発注、当日の司会進行、火葬場でのご案内などを行います。

段取りが大切な仕事ですが、先輩が横について手順を丁寧に教えてくれます。

・葬儀後のフォロー

香典返しや仏壇・墓地のご案内、相続や相続税、法要に関するご相談などをします。

そんな言葉をいただける瞬間が、この仕事の大きなやりがいです。

【入社後の流れ】

入社後は、まず研修と同行を通じて業務の流れを一から学びます。

ご遺族との接し方や宗派ごとのマナー、式場での立ち居振る舞いなど、基礎的なことから丁寧にサポート。

焦らず、自分のペースで経験を積み重ねてください。

「葬儀」というと堅い印象を持たれるかもしれませんが、実際は人の温かさに触れる瞬間の多い仕事です。

特別な経験やスキルよりも、「人の話を聞くことが好き」「人の力になりたい」という想いが一番の素質になります。
