Implement Supply Planning including inventory deployment of Beverage Base

Implement supply planning for Beverage Base (BB), including inventory deployment and stock transfer planning from Moriyama to DCs and among DCs, considering bottler orders and BB expiry.

Monitor DC allocation volumes based on Kit orders and shelf‑life; recommend adjustments and execute approved transfers in the system.

Maintain inventory analysis and write‑off risk reports; track near‑expiry stock and execute standard mitigation actions (e.g., stock rotation, relabel requests) per MRB decisions.


  • Implement Master Production Planning for Beverage Base


Make Production Plan considering product characteristic (e.g., NPI, existing products, slow/fast runners) and supply chain constraints, such as production capacity, Inventory level.

Prepare draft schedules and propose adjustments to resolve demand/supply imbalances under manager guidance.

Support NPD launches by setting initial planning parameters (e.g., MOQ, lead time, safety stock), coordinating ramp‑up/ramp‑down, and maintaining launch trackers.

Maintain BCP documentation, participate in drills, and execute assigned continuity tasks during incidents to support supply continuity
Handle urgent change to adjust production plan and inventory plan when sudden demand change happens.
Collaborate with related departments
Manage production schedule, QA release, Shipment from Moriyama to DCs, Receiving and shipping at DCs.
Mitigate write-off risk of BBs
Coordinate MRB workflows for BB/Raw Materials/Ingredients: compile data packs, record decisions, follow up on actions; escalate risks per playbook. Implement mitigation activity of write-off risk such as re-label and re-filling.
Reporting
Visualize KPI with Digital tools and set action KPI to achieve business target.
Monitor inventory and production volume to align business plan

Prepare materials for supply planning review meetings; capture minutes and drive closure of action items with cross‑functional teams (Production, QSE, CS/DP, Product Portfolio, Material Planning).

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy , operational efficiency and KPIs.

Track planning KPIs (e.g., plan adherence, inventory health, write‑off risk) and propose incremental improvements to procedures and policies; help keep planning and inventory policies current to the product portfolio.

Assist digitization and automation initiatives (e.g., planning master‑data hygiene, testing new tools); document user guides and conduct basic trainings

Analyze data and monitor material availability to prevent delays; improve planning processes to optimize inventory level and production plans and reduce write‑offs using systems.

Qualifications / Compentencies

Knowledge of Supply Chain and Planning
Knowledge on Concentrate and Beverage Base manufacturing processes, QA release procedures and in-bound/out-bound lead-times.
Basic knowledge of operational safety for manufacturing plant such as risk of handling hazardous or poisonous materials.

Relataed Experience Requirements / Qualifications

Knowledge and experience of SAP or ERP in SCM function
Minimum of 3year's experience in production / planning / procurement function in production industry. Experience in Food industry is preferable.
Knowledge of MRP, Supply / Production planning process and Inventory management method
Good skill of Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint (Knowledge of Excel formula and Use Excel Macro)
Project management skill in cross-functional and multi-rational environment
Problem solving skills
