25室のサービス付き高齢者向け住宅「スィートリビング皆月」にて、正社員の支援スタッフを募集します。私たちの仕事は、単なる身体的なサポートだけではありません。入居者様が「ここで暮らせて良かった」と思えるような、ホスピタリティ溢れる空間を創り出すことです。

【具体的な業務内容】
・入居者様の日常生活支援(配膳・下膳、食事介助、安否確認)
・お部屋の清掃、健康管理のサポート、通院の付き添い
・生活の困りごと相談、サービス事業所(ケアマネ等)との連絡調整
・季節行事やレクリエーションの企画・運営
・夜間の見守り(※主にコール対応)
【教育・サポート体制】
無資格の方や未経験の方でも大丈夫。働きながら「介護職員基礎研修」を会社負担で受講できるなど、資格取得を全力で応援します。IT化による記録の簡素化を進めており、業務負担の軽減(残業なし)にも力を入れています。

勤務時間・曜日:
【シフト制 / 残業ほぼなし】
日勤:08:30 〜 17:30
夜勤:17:30 〜 翌09:00(月4回程度)夜勤な日勤業務が慣れてからです。
★夜勤は巡回やコール対応が中心。緊急時のサポート体制も整っています。
★「ザ・介護」ではなく、入居者様の見守りや家事援助業務が中心です。
★「仕事も自分時間も大切に」が当社のモットーです。

給与:

夜勤手当: 6,000円/回
日曜手当: 1,500円/回
土曜・祝日手当: 800円/回
年末年始手当: 3,000円/日(12/31〜1/3)
通勤手当: 上限20,000円
昇給: 年1回(4月)
