・デジタルコース:

WOWOWの配信サービスや社内基幹システムをICT・クラウド・DevOpsで進化。顧客体験の向上から業務効率の改善まで、技術と戦略を駆使してサービスの価値を高めるデジタル戦略局で、未来のWOWOWを支える役割を担っていただきます。

正社員(試用期間6カ月)

給与(初任給)


基本給:250,000円/月

※実労働に応じて残業代を別途支給

※業績給:134,386/月(2025年度実績)を別途支給

赤坂本社または辰巳放送センター

およびその他会社の定める場所

本社/東京都港区赤坂5-2-20 赤坂パークビル21階

放送センター/東京都江東区辰巳2-1-58

※テレワーク制度あり

※シェアオフィス利用可能

勤務時間


所定労働時間:7時間

フル・フレックス(コアタイムなし)

※原則として9:30~17:30(休憩1時間)

※業務によって異なります。

休日休暇


完全週休2日制(土日祝日)

年次有給休暇(初年度10日(10月以降入社の場合は5日)、最大20日)

年末年始休日、夏季休暇、慶弔休暇、産前産後休暇、 看護休暇、育児休職、介護休職

リフレッシュ休暇(勤続5年毎に10日)

・社員には異動を命じることがあり、その場合全ての業務への配置転換あり。 将来的に出向を実施した場合は出向先の定めるすべての業務も含む。
