【募集理由】

この度、商品開発部門では組織拡大を図っており、特に企画グループで、マネージャー、アシスタントマネージャー、シニアスタッフを募集することになりました。資産形成ニーズの高まり、社会環境の変化などもあり、お客様のニーズにお応えするために "生命保険"で、人々の不安を少しでも解消し、安心して生活がいただけるよう、クリエイティブな商品のコンセプトを考え、商品の設計・開発をする業務です具体的には競合他社商品や業界動向のリサーチ、消費者調査、社内外へのヒアリングなどを通し、新商品の企画・設計・開発および既存商品の改定などを行っていただきます。

マネージャーの方は、プレイングマネージャーとして、実務も担当していただきます。英語力によっては、本社や海外へのレポートや、カウンターパートとミーティングもお任せします

※商品戦略統括部全体では30名程度となっており、

配属部門は5名程度の組織規模たとなっております。

【職務詳細】

変額保険、外貨建保険などの貯蓄・資産形成分野の商品について、以下の業務を担当いただきます 。

①商品の企画・設計・開発、既存商品の改定(ローンチまでのサポートを含む)(70%)

②業界動向や競合他社商品の研究(10%)

③商品規定の改廃(5%)

④ グループオフィスへの報告(5%)

⑤上記に伴う社内関連部門との調整(10%)

【魅力】

・当社では職種により、オフィス勤務と在宅勤務を併用するハイブリッド勤務を行っております。

・在宅勤務対象職種で上司の承認を得た場合、1ヵ月の営業日数の半数以上の出社義務かつ1週間あたり最低2日の出社義務があります。

※上司と相談の上、ご自分やご家庭の事情、仕事の進め易さなどに合わせて柔軟に勤務いただけます(子供の保育園の送迎等での1時間程度の離席など)

・保険業界で働いた経験のある人(特に変額や外貨建商品に関する業務経験をお持ちの方は歓迎いたします)

・調査結果を細かく、小さい点にも着目し分析できる方

・課題に対し、粘り強く取り組み、解決策を見いだせる方

・社内外のステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション

(マネージャーレベル)

・何らかの商品開発企画や商品開発プロジェクトに携わったことがある方

・英語力(読み書き)

<以下いずれかの経験をお持ちの方は優遇>

・生命保険の法令もしくは実務に関する知識

・英語で会議に参加できる方
