スタッフ皆で 協力・相談しながら一緒に進めていきたいと思います 利用者様が安心して笑顔で過ごせる場所であることはもちろん、 職員にとっても、居心地の良い働きやすい職場環境を作っていきたいと思います にて、子どもたちの支援をお任せします。
【仕事内容】 <お仕事の詳細> 発達に遅れのある子ども達を「療育」を通じで支援していただきます。 プログラムはスタッフ皆で話し合いながら決めていきます。 また、車での送迎も行っておりますので、運転の出来る方は大歓迎です 定員10名、2歳児〜12歳の子ども達が通っています。 スタッフの人数は全部で5名、子ども3~5名に対し、支援員1名がつくイメージです。 <充実した教育体制> 分からない事は、すぐに相談できる環境なので 経験が少なく業務をする方も安心しながら経験を積むことができます。 経験豊富な先輩職員が、業務の流れなどを丁寧に 指導しますので安心してお仕事していただけます。
