駅前の商業・公共複合施設

「ツルミフーガ」にて、

施設内の警備業務をお任せします。

受付対応や巡回、監視業務が中心で、

未経験の方も研修・OJTで

安心してスタートできる環境です。

具体的な業務内容

・受付業務

・建物の開閉館業務

・納品口での車両案内

・施設内巡回

・防災盤の監視業務

給与


月給(基本給)225,300円

※時間外手当・深夜手当等は

別途全額支給

※警備員の法廷研修(20時間)中は

時給1,300円

・交通費全額支給(弊社規則に基づく)

【想定年収例】

月給225,300円×12ヶ月

=年収2,703,600円

+深夜手当

+時間外手当

  • 実際の支給額は

月給+各種手当分が上乗せされます

  • JR鶴見駅が目の前京急鶴見駅からも

徒歩6分ほどで、駅前・駅近の通いやすい好立地

勤務曜日・時間


08:15~翌09:15

(実働18時間/休憩7時間)

※変形労働時間制

(月平均173.3時間を基準に調整)

※週2~3回程度の出勤

※40時間超過分は時間外扱い

※土日祝日含むシフト制

  • 業務の大まかな流れ

08:15~出勤・準備

出勤後、着替えて朝礼・開店操作に参加。

09:00~各業務スタート

・館内巡回

・納品口対応

・受付(監視業務含む)

これらをチームで交代しながら対応します。

適宜、0.5h~1hの休憩・食事休憩を交代で取得。

13:00~引き続き業務

午前と同様に、受付・巡回・納品口の

持ち場を交代しながら対応。

19:30~閉館対応へ

受付・巡回・点検・閉店操作などを実施。

24:30~深夜帯業務&休憩

夜間も受付・巡回・納品口対応を行いながら、

交代で3.5hの休憩を取得。

07:30~朝の業務へ移行

開店準備・納品口対応などを行い、

09:15に退勤。

・18歳以上(警備業法による)

・30~50代で再スタートを考えている方

・シフト制(月10日程度の出勤)

・警備員の法廷研修(20時間)あり

警備員法定研修後、

同行しながら丁寧に指導します。
