About the role

The Server position provides an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the guests' needs and as an expert on the menu options.

What you will do

Maintain a harmonious and professional relationship with co-workers, supervisors and all departments. /同僚、上司、全ての部門と友好的かつプロとしての関係を維持する。

Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests. /ゲストのニーズを予測し、ゲストの問い合わせ、または問題に応対する。

Describe the selection of Food & Beverage menu items to guests by offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of each item's, origin, taste, and preparation methods; maintain food & menu knowledge for items offered in the F&B Outlet; communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the chef and bartender using the Hotel's point-of-sales system; check completed orders with the guest's original order; Serve the guests in a timely manner. /食事・ドリンクメニューをゲストに説明する。各商品の原産地、味、提供方法を興味をそそるよう活き活きと説明する。レストランで提供する料飲の知識を維持する。特別なニーズやリクエストを含めて、ゲストの注文をPOSシステムを使ってシェフ、バーテンダーに伝える。準備のできた注文内容とゲストの注文が合っていることを確認する。適切なタイミングでゲストにサービスをする。
