【仕事内容】

主力自社SaaSプロダクト「tebiki現場教育」または「tebiki現場分析」のデザイン組織マネジメントとUX課題解決を推進し、事業成長に貢献します。

【具体的には】

・デザイン組織のピープルマネジメント(1on1、目標設定、評価、キャリア支援)

・プロダクトのUX課題に対する方針策定と推進

・デザインプロセス・ルール・ガイドラインの整備・アップデート

・デザインチームの採用活動・広報活動の企画実行

・必要に応じたデザイン実務(UI/UX設計)へのプレイヤーとしての貢献

【求める人材】

※ポートフォリオ必須

・プロダクトのUI/UX設計に関する3年以上の実務経験

・デザインチームのマネジメント経験(1on1 評価 育成)

・PdMやエンジニアと協業し仕様策定を行った経験(Webアプリケーション)

【歓迎】

・自社サービスでのデザインリード・責任者経験

・スタートアップまたは成長企業での就業経験

・デザイン組織づくりや評価制度設計の経験

【給与】

年収1000~1200万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
