Country Director – Japan

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team to achieve business goals and manage the P&L.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, partners, and customers.
• Create and execute growth strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in remittance, payments, fintech, or consumer services.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills.
• Experience with revenue management and working with regulators.
• Familiarity with pricing strategies and digital businesses.
• Fluency in English and Japanese language.
