【業務内容】

※下記2事業部での配属を想定しています。配属先は選考の過程でご希望を聴いて決定していきます。

●特販事業

・自動車メーカーの生産工場向けにオーダーメイド製品(完成車を検査するための機器など)の営業を担当していただきます。

(国内だけでなく、北米、中国、東南アジア等海外案件もあります。)

●アフターマーケット事業

・カーディーラー、整備工場、車検場、ガソリンスタンド、カーショップなどのお客様に、車検機器や整備商品機械工具のほか、自社開発製品「ヘッドライトテスター」や自社企画商品などの営業を担当していただきます。

【入社後の研修・サポート】

●入社後、1ヵ月間のブラザー・シスター制度がございます。

●入社後、3ヶ月程度のOJT研修を実施いたします。

※営業所に配属された方は支店でOJT研修を受けていただきます。

支店におけるOJT研修期間中のお住まいは会社側で準備いたします。

●2日間のオンライン研修(中途同期との交流・ビジネスマナー等)を実施いたします。

●入社後、2ヶ月後、半年後、1年後に人事ヒアリングがあります。

●2年に1回、全社員に対してキャリアヒアリングを行っています。

●職場における1on1を実施しています。

〇特販事業

・担当業務を経験しながら、仕事を習得していきます

〇アフターマーケット事業

・御殿場商品センターにて、1週間程度の商品研修を実施いたします。

勤務時間・曜日:

9:00~17:35 (所定労働時間:7時間35分、休憩時間:60分)

休暇・休日:

・週休2日制(休日は土日祝日)

※決算月(3月・6月・9月・12月)の第5土曜日は出勤

※土日祝日出勤の場合は平日振替または手当支給を行います

・年末年始(5日)、夏季休暇(4日※初年度2日)、特別休暇 他

・年間有給休暇10日~20日(下限日数は、入社直後の付与日数となります)

・年間休日日数123日※年度により前後あり
