主なお仕事内容

副主任として施設運営全般

・主任(責任者)業務の補助

・子どもたちの受け入れ対応/宿題のサポート/おやつ準備/提供

・イベントの企画/実施

・スタッフのサポート

・スタッフの勤怠管理

・保護者対応

・運営費管理 など

学童保育では、子どもたちの

・各種教諭免許(幼稚園、小学校、中学校、高校)

・保育士資格

・社会福祉士

  • 完全シフト制(1か月単位)

月~土(週3~5日)

<通常時>

平日 13:00~19:00(実働6時間)

長期休業時/土曜 7:30~19:00(実働8時間)

契約更新期間:3ヶ月

給与詳細


基本給:時給 1380円

処遇改善手当あり(勤務時間により変動)

※処遇改善については自治体の処遇改善事業が適用される期間は支給
