WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Woven City is seeking a Safety Ops Manager to play a central role in managing and advancing the safety of facility and equipment operations across the entire city. We seek an experienced professional capable of leading a broad range of safety-related tasks. This includes planning, managing, and maintaining facilities and equipment, ensuring safety at construction and work sites, overseeing occupational safety and health, planning and executing disaster response and accident prevention measures. We welcome candidates who can demonstrate strong coordination skills with diverse stakeholders (contractors, tenants, internal/external departments, etc.) and actively drive the development of a safety culture, contributing to safe and efficient operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Coordination of construction and event information across the entire Woven City and operational adjustments for facility management
- Formulation and thorough dissemination of Woven City safety rules and on-site regulations
- On-site safety management (conducting safety patrols, corrective guidance, etc.) and executing work risk assessments
- Initial response to accidents, disasters, or facility issues; on-site verification; coordination with relevant departments and report preparation
- Formulation and maintenance of disaster prevention plans and BCPs; execution of evacuation drills and safety awareness promotion in Woven City
- Experience in facility operations and safety management at large-scale facilities, campuses, etc. (5+ years)
- Practical experience in construction/facility safety and health management, and relevant laws (Building Management Act, Industrial Safety and Health Act, etc.)
- Practical experience in work risk assessment and accident/disaster response
- Data analysis and cost management skills
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
- Ability to commute to Woven City
- Good physical stamina
- Standard automobile driver's license
- Fire prevention and disaster management administrator
- BCM operational experience
- Occupational safety and health administrator, disaster response training experience
- Smart building management and mixed-use facility operation experience
