The Role :期待される役割
複数名のプロジェクトチームの一員として、主に経営者報酬領域のプロジェクト推進およびクライアント対応をリードいただきます。
経営者報酬制度の設計・運用支援
- 報酬委員会の運営支援、陪席・ファシリテーション
- 短期・長期インセンティブ、株式報酬制度の設計・見直し
- 経営戦略や業績連動性を反映した報酬ポリシーの設計
- コーポレートガバナンス報告書等への報酬情報開示支援
グローバル案件対応
- 海外幹部人材向け報酬制度設計(リテンション・セベランス等含む)
- グローバル株式報酬制度の導入・展開支援
- グローバル報酬ガバナンス/人事ポリシーの策定支援
- 海外の報酬ベンチマーク・制度調査、プラクティス情報提供
指名・サクセッション領域(補完的対応)
- CEO/CXOポジションの人材要件定義支援
- 評価・アセスメントプロセスの設計・実行支援
- 後継者計画の策定・運用支援
取締役会の実効性評価支援
- 取締役会構成・運営プロセスのレビューと改善提言
- 外部評価支援およびベストプラクティス導入支援
Qualifications
【essential】
The Requirements
- コーポレート・ガバナンス領域(特に経営者報酬やサステナビリティ報酬を含む)ならびに人事関連業務における実務経験
- 資産運用機関・投資ファンド等における議決権行使/エンゲージメントに関する業務経験
- 5~10年程度の就業経験
- プロジェクトやチームのリード経験
- ビジネスレベルの英語力
- 日本語ネイティブレベル
【DESIRABLE】
- コーポレート・ガバナンス(報酬/指名委員会、取締役会事務局など)や人事領域における専門ファームでの業務経験
- 経営層・取締役へのアジェンダ設定、資料作成、報酬委員会対応の経験
- プロジェクトの提案・獲得経験、クライアントリレーション管理の経験
- アーティクル/コラム執筆、ニュースレター配信、セミナー講演等の経験
- ピープルマネジメント経験
データアナリスト/BIエンジニアの経験
BIツール(Power BI等)を用いたダッシュボード設計・UI開発経験
- クラウドプラットフォーム(Azure, AWS等)での開発経験
- ビジネス課題を理解し、データを用いた解決策を提案できる能力
