Warehouse jobs are open for Experienced level and Entry level positions.

Conversational English skill is essential. Basic (or better) Japanese, basic Russian are unnecessary but beneficial.

**Responsibilities for experienced position:**

- **Inventory Handling**: Receive, inspect, and organize automotive parts and components. Ensure accurate labeling and proper storage.

- **Order Fulfillment**: Pick, pack, and ship orders efficiently. Collaborate with the warehouse manager to meet delivery deadlines.

**Responsibilities for an entry-level position:**

- **Inventory Handling**: picking parts from cells, packing in carton boxes, inputting shipping data with a tablet to order forms, printing shipping labels.

** Both positions:**

- **Stock Replenishment**: Monitor stock levels and restock shelves as needed. Keep the warehouse organized and tidy.

- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct visual inspections to identify damaged or defective items. Report any issues promptly.

- **Loading and Unloading**: Safely load and unload shipments using appropriate equipment.

- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with colleagues to maintain a smooth workflow.

- **Safety Compliance**: Follow safety guidelines and maintain a hazard-free work environment.

**Qualifications:**

***Experienced level position *requires* automotive experience (car knowledge).

- **Interest in Automotive**: An entry position automotive experience is not required, an interest in cars and parts is beneficial.

- **Experience**: Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.

- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 30 kgs). This is rare but occasionally happens.

- **Attention to Detail**: Accurate record-keeping and attention to product details.

- **Team Player**: Willingness to collaborate and contribute to team success.

- **Reliability**: Punctuality and commitment to assigned shifts.

The work hours are Mon-Fri 9-18 (with 1 hour lunch break).

Hourly rate:

1500 yen/h~1900 yen/h for experienced level yen/month~304000 yen/month)

1300 yen/h~1700 yen/h for entry level yen/month~272000 yen/month)

Overtime hours are voluntarily and paid with a rate established by a law (125%/hour) or more.

Transportation: Up to 20,000 yen/month

Holidays: Official National Holidays

This is an on-site position.

Probational period is 2-3 months.

The company provides all necessary corporate insurances after trial period with a long contract.
