・施設内の居室を訪問し身体介護(排泄・入浴など)

・生活援助(掃除・洗濯・買い物代行)

・見守り・安否確認・日常の声かけ

・配膳・服薬支援・ナースコール対応

・記録の入力と報告

【1日のスケジュール】

08:30 出勤

09:00 安否確認

10:00 訪問介護

13:00 生活援助

15:30 記録

17:30 退勤

週5日/1日8時間 シフト制
