この度、当財団の事業をより一層展開していくため、映像コンテンツから東京の魅力を発信していく「東京ロケーションボックス」の運営を担当してくれる方を募集します。

募集職種名:一般職常勤嘱託職員(フィルムコミッション担当・有期契約職員)

  • 具体的な業務内容

東京フィルムコミッション「東京ロケーションボックス」の運営業務

・都内ロケ撮影に関する相談対応及び情報提供

・施設管理者、交通管理者等との調整

・ロケ撮影の許可手続き等に係る各種調整

・ロケ撮影の立会い

・ホームページ管理運営(掲載内容の更新ほか)

・海外関係機関との交渉・調整業務

・その他東京フィルムコミッション「東京ロケーションボックス」で実施する業務 等

  • 東京ロケーションボックスとは?

東京都内の公共施設、民間施設、映像事業者、関連業者、地域の方々にご協力をいただきながら、映画・テレビドラマ等の円滑な制作をサポートする東京都の窓口です。

映像作品を通して東京の魅力を国内外に広く発信して観光振興に努めるとともに、ロケ撮影を活用して地域の活性化を図ることを目的に、東京都が(公財)東京観光財団に委託して運営しています。

当財団には、現在約200名の職員が在籍。平均年齢は41歳で、職員のうち約7割が女性です。東京出身だけでなく、地方出身者や外国籍スタッフなど様々な職員が活躍しています。仕事は財団だけで完結するものではなく、東京都・市区町村・民間企業や地域観光団体などの様々なパートナーと連携しながら、事業の実施を図っていきます。各部署間でも必要な情報などを常に共有しながら、力を合わせて東京の観光振興にあたっています。【求める人材】

  • 必須要件

・社会人経験2年以上

※フィルムコミッション又は映像制作等に関する職務経験は不問です。

  • 歓迎要件

・施設管理者、交通管理者等との調整業務の経験がある方

・英語、中国語、韓国語などの外国語ができる方

※英検準1級、TOEIC730以上、TOEFL80以上(iBT)、中国語検定2級以上、ハングル検定2級以上、そのほか同等の語学力をお持ちの方

※令和5年度から、当財団のオフィスはフリーアドレスを導入しています。

【給与】

月額24万1,400円以上昇給なし期末勤勉手当(賞与)年2回(6月・12月、昨年度実績2.7ヶ月分/年) ※入社初年度は規程に応じて減額あり手当・交通費・超過勤務手当※上記は令和7年4月1日時点の内容です。

※面接の結果は、合否に関わらず連絡します。

③合否通知(令和8年2月中旬送付予定)

合格後、意向聴取、受験資格の確認を行います。
