・決算(四半期・通期)発表:プレゼンテーション、質疑応答、想定問答集の作成
・市場の要請に基づく法定開示の準備
投資家向けロードショー(ディール・ノンディール)の企画・実行
・国内外の投資家との1on1ミーティングのアレンジ
・ロジスティクス(日程調整、出張手配など)
IRイベントの企画・実行
・R&Dデー、その他インベスターデー関連のプレゼンテーション作成
投資家からのあらゆる問い合わせへの対応とサポート
Activities
Preparation and execution of all disclosures
・Earnings (quarterly, annual) – presentation, Q&A, script drafting
・ Market-required regulatory disclosure preparations
Preparation and execution of investor non-deal & deal roadshows
・Japanese and non-Japanese investor 1-1 meeting preparations
・Logistics
Preparation and execution of IR events
・R&D day, and other investor day-related presentations
Preparing and assisting any investor request
